Why Sit Ye Amongst the Rubble?

Haiti Earthquake with cross
I had a dream the other night:

I looked and saw the ground moving like waves on the sea. It was an earthquake that brought down every building made by the hands of man. The devastation was as far as the eye could see. I then looked again and I saw people begin to file into what was once a large church building. I followed them, curious as to what they were doing. I looked into some of their eyes and saw only a glazed stunned look. I realized as I continued to follow the the ever increasing crowd that they were going to have a church service. I saw the minister standing up front where the podium use to stand. These people were climbing over rocks and boulders and bricks trying to find a place to sit amongst the rubble. I began asking people, "what are you doing here?" but no one answered me. They walked or climbed past me to try and find somewhere to sit that was stable enough to support their weight. I stood at what use to be the entrance of the building and kept asking people who walked by me "why are you here?" No one answered me, no one ever looked at me. They simple pushed past me to find a spot in the rubble. Some did have an angry look on their face, defiant, like nothing, not even an earthquake, was going to stop them from doing things like they have always been done. I gave up trying to talk to people at the entrance and found a spot toward the front of the now seated crowd. The minister began conducting the service as they had always done in the past. I still protested and complained even as I sat in the service with them but still no one listen.

And God spoke to me in my dream and said, "The earthquake has already happened, I have shook the foundations, and my people continue to do things as they have always been. Why do you still sit there amongst the rubble?"
